Why “Castro Biscuit”?

A good friend and myself (speaking as Roy here) were trying to come up with some clever names for this blog. Something that would be memorable and easy to spell. We came up with “Castro Biscuit” after about 10 or so names that were as equally nonsensical and decided that this was the most memorable. Catchy, eh?
